29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(2)(ii): Employee training records for bloodborne pathogens were not maintained for 3 years from the date on which the training occurred: a. Production Area: On or about June 25, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees designated as a first responders to bloodborne pathogens hazards, in that the employer did not maintain a record of the employees' bloodborne pathogens exposure control program training creating a barrier to ensuring that this annually required training is current.
