29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about January 4, 2020, at the up curve gambler tank battery; employer did not ensure to make Safety Data Sheets readily accessible to employees cleaning the vessel. Employees were working with gas, H2S, TH-K Yellow Oxide, TH-Q Red Oxide. This condition exposed employees to health and fire hazards.
