29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a). Feed Department, Sand Dump Area - On or about and times prior to November 4, 2019, energy control procedures were not utilized when feed operators installed a dust collection bag onto the discharge opening of a vacuum system, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. Caesarstone Technologies USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242869, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Caesarstone Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
