29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Shop Floor: On September 20, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic table ripsaw was equipped with a self-adjusting hood to protect employees from the rotating blade.
