29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: a) Greenville Overlook, Lot # 88 - On or about May 2, 2018, the employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours. An employee operating a fuel- powered Ryobi 2700 pressure washer in the basement of a newly constructed home, became unconscious and subsequently hospitalized, after being exposed to levels of Carbon Monoxide exceeding the OSHA PEL of 50 parts per million (ppm).
