29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about September 8, 2017, on a jobsite located at 7765 County Road 231, Lake Butler, Florida, two employees suffered burns resulting in hospitalization and the employer did not report the work-related accident to OSHA within 24 hours.
