29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): The employer did not ensure that each doorway along an exit access route that could be mistaken for an exit was marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating is actual use (e.g., closet). 862 West Ridge Road, Gainesville, GA - Refinery Area - The employer did not have signs or other marking informing employees that a door which could easily be confused with an exit door was not an actual exit to a safe outside location which contributed to the injury, on or about October 11, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
