29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: An incident resulted in an employee hospitalization was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The incident occurred on or about September 29, 2017 at 12:00 am and was not reported to OSHA until October 02, 2017 at 1:00 pm. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) Abatement for the above violation was verified at time of inspection. No certification is required.
