29 CFR 1915.159(d): Before using personal fall arrest equipment, each affected employee was not trained to understand the application limits of the equipment and proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques. Affected employees also were not trained so that they can demonstrate the proper use, inspection, and storage of their equipment. Dock: On or about 12/19/2019, an employee working on a scaffold platform using a personal fall arrest system was not trained and the employer did not implement a training program or train employees on personal fall arrest equipment and proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques.
