29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At a facility located at 127 Claxton avenue, Carthage, MO 64836, employees were exposed to electrical hazards to include electrical shock and electrical fire. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards when employees used multiple relocatable power taps to provide electrical power to a fan and computer equipment near the Casting Shred palletizer operators station.
