29 CFR 1910.107(c)(9)(i): All metal parts of spray booths, exhaust ducts, and piping systems conveying flammable or combustible liquids or aerated solids were not properly electrically grounded in an effective and permanent manner: b) Body Department; On or about August 19, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while using a Paint Gun Cleaning Tank that was not electricaly grounded.
