29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about December 11, 2024, and times prior there to, the employer had not adequately implemented and maintained a complete hazard communication program that included at minimum the following components: a) Training records for employees tasked with working with hazardous chemicals and mitigation practices; b) Maintaining safety data sheets and other similar documentation was maintained on site and available to employees; and c) Ensuring hazardous chemical storage containers were labelled to show contents, diesel fuel point.
