29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l): At the worksite located at Route 2, Box 475, Willow Springs, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards when operating powered industrial trucks. Employees were operating powered industrial trucks before completing all of the necessary required training.
