29 CFR 1910.106(e)(5)(iv): Where indicated by special hazards of operations, flammable or combustible liquid processing equipment were not protected by approved water spray systems, deluge systems, approved fire-resistant coatings, insulation, or any combination of these: a) Distillation Room; On or about August 19, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while working in the distillation room containing flammable liquids such as but not limited to; Methyl alcohol, (Lacquer Thinners and Cleaning Solvents 105); Butyl Acetate, (Chroma Premier System 14385S and Chroma Premier Pro 74500S).
