29 CFR 1910.217(e)(3): Maintenance personnel were not provided training by the employer to ensure the original and continuing competence of caring for, inspecting and maintaining power presses. a) On or about 10/06/2021 at Niagara Fiberboard Inc.; the maintenance mechanic responsible for inspecting and maintaining the two mechanical power presses (Niagara M45 power press, serial no. 43556; Niagara A 3 1/2, serial no. 33333) used in production had not received specialized training regarding caring for, inspecting and maintaining power presses.
