29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: On or about December 12, 2025, and times prior thereto, powered industrial trucks utilized by employees in the main yard were not being examined for adverse conditions prior to being put into service at the start of the work shift as per company safety program for safe operation of forklifts.
