On or about January 22, 2018, at the welsite, the employer's Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan did not include procedures for post-exposure evaluation and follow-up for a exposure incident for blood or other potentially infectious materials. Employees were required to provide first aid and had the potential for occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
