29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: On or about November 12, 2023, employees of Transformer Power Services LLC were commissioning a 161kv electrical transformer located at 15141 State Highway 177 in Jackson, Missouri. The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets at the workplace for each hazardous chemical on site, including (but not limited to) acetone, gasoline, hydrotreated light naphthenic and butylated hydroxytoluene. Employees were exposed to chemicals and were unable to reference the safety data sheets.
