29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Pan mixer; On or about March 15, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard in that employees were allowed to conduct maintenance activities, such as cleaning the mixer, without understanding the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices prior to performing the task.
