29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i)(A): Periodic and regular inspections of each power press were not conducted to ensure that all of its parts, auxiliary equipment, and safeguards, including clutch/brake mechanism, antirepeat feature, and single-stroke mechanism, are in safe operating condition and adjustment: a) On or about 10/06/2021 at Niagara Fiberboard Inc.; where the employer has two mechanical power presses (Niagara M45 power press, serial no. 43556; Niagara A 3 1/2 serial no. 33333) used regularly in production. The employer did not perform regular and periodic inspections as required. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
