29 CFR 1910.335(b): Alerting techniques were not employed to warn and protect employees from hazards which could cause injury due to electric shock, burns, or failure of electric equipment parts. The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock and or burns hazards associated with alerting techniques. This was most recently documented on June 4, 2020 at the workplace located at 8270 Nebraska Avenue, Building 5265, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri 65473. Alerting techniques were not utilized at the jobsite to warn and protect employees from the energized overhead power lines.
