29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Location: Facility Yard and Garage Area On or about January 30, 2023, an employee was exposed to accident and rollover related hazards while operating a CAT TH210 Telehandler that was placed in service after an inspection and was missing a seat belt.
