29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. At the temporary worksite located at 9047 6th St, Great Bend, KS 67530, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees working from the Genie Aerial Lift Model Z-80/60 and Serial Number Z8011-2924, did not use a body belt with a lanyard attached to the basket. The basket was elevated more than ten feet above the ground.
