29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(vi):Walkway(s) and stairway(s), with standard handrails, were not provided where required in elevated and hazardous locations: a) Sawmill Chipper Area - Vibrating Conveyor Line 2: On or about February 5, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that a handrail was installed on the sawmill runway Line 2 to prevent employees watching, adjusting and realigning the lumber slabs from falling on to the main conveyor that led to an ACROWOOD Slant Disc Chipper.
