29 CFR 1926.1418: The operator did not have the authority to stop and refuse to handle loads until a qualified person has determined that safety has been assured: Ranchero GE Ozona Windfarm, Ozona, TX. 76932: On or about January 17, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers performing wind turbine repair did not have the authority to stop work while operating a rigged aerial lift in a suspended state with a worker inside the aerial lift basket.
