29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work on a scaffold be trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used, and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Site: 1200 East 53rd Street in Brooklyn, NY. On or about 4/23/2021, a) Employees on site accessed and worked on the 2-point suspended scaffold without recognizing the hazards associated with the procedures performed. The employees were not trained in hazards related to scaffold use.
