29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) On or about March 9, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed eye hazards while working in the tire shop with high pressure equipment, including Cheetah air tanks which are pressurized to 150 psi and used throughout the day, and pneumatic impact wrenches.
