29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a. On or about August 1, 2019, at the worksite located across from 21209 Caris Rd. in Bowling Green, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees who are exposed to electrical hazards when replacing and repairing utility poles were trained in electrical safety-related work practices as required by 1910.331-1910.335. Employees performing work near power conductors did not de-energize or guard the conductors, determine voltage, maintain the minimum approach distance, or utilize electrical personal protective equipment.
