29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Employees engaged in operating/running the elevator activities at the distributor floor inside leg were exposed to fire, and electrical shock hazards in that strain relief components are not provided on the sampler machine. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified, no certification is required.
