29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: On or about December 19, 2019, on site of a concrete poured residential structure under construction located at 1005 NE Doubloon Drive in Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing glass installation work from a fabricated platform scaffold prior to being provided with a training program that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with scaffolds.
