29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On or about June 13, 2019, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 31 feet while working adjacent to an unprotected roof opening. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
