29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(iii): Hose connections did not comply with the Standard Hose Connection Specifications, 1957, Compressed Gas Association. On or about December 29, 2021 and at times prior thereto, at the yard, the oxygen and propane hoses were not selected according to the specifications of the Standard Hose Connection Specifications, 1957. The hoses leaked during a torch cutting operation and this exposed the employee to a fire hazard.
