Shaver Bin Area # 1, 3, and 4 - On or about and times prior to January 13, 2021, a drive chain and sprocket for the shaver bin on a Cone Log Shaver (model # 924-7542-3-RH) shaver was not enclosed, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.
