29 CFR 1910.266(i)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee, including supervisors, at no cost to the employee: The employer is failing to provide training for each employee. Most recently, on or about 04/05/2016, at the end of County Road 4410 in Boss, MO 65440 (Logging Site), employees conducted to include, but not limited to tree felling, bucking, and heavy equipment operating such as log loaders, skidders and chain saws. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
