29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) Jobsite located at or near 6523 Lansdowne Ave, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about May 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure worn, or damaged flexible cord sets were removed from service. Employees used flexible cord sets with external defects including but not limited to damaged wire insulation and broken ground connection, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
