Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.333(c)(6):Where an employee is required to handle long dimensional conductive objects in areas with exposed live parts, the employer did not institute work practices which will minimize the hazard (such as the insulation, guarding, and material handling techniques). On or about July 19, 2023, at the steel tubing induction line, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while working with steel tubing without the employer instituting proper work practices.
