29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about July 19, 2023 the employer Wenger Construction & Excavating LLC, at worksite located at 2876 County Road 210 Fremont OH 43420, did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hardhats while working directly around heavy equipment, and around tree felling operations which presented overhead and lateral struck by hazards.
