29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): Employer did not provide a training program for each employee who were exposed to a fall hazards, and the employer did not have a program to allow each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedure to be followed in order to minimized these hazards. Site: 142-34 56th Road, Flushing, NY 11355. a.) On or about July 6, 2023, the employer failed to provide training to each employee that were required to work from a height of approximately 7-feet and were exposed to fall hazard. Abatement certification is required pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
