29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck. Location: Facility Yard and Garage Area On or about January 30, 2023, an employee sustained fatal injuries and the operator was exposed to accident and rollover related hazards while hoisting a machine attachment with a CAT TH210 Telehandler that was overloaded.
