29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to provide fall hazard awareness training to employees working on a residential construction project. This was most recently documented on or about October 6, 2021 at a construction jobsite located at 1221 N 170th St., Omaha Nebraska. Where the employer has inadequately trained employees performing grouting activities of precast members with an unguarded floor hole and a 12' fall to the lower level of the structure.
