29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): When an unqualified person is working in an elevated position near overhead lines, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she may contact cannot come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line than 10 feet. a) Jobsite 319 South Street, Northborough, MA on or about September 8, 2021, an unqualified employee performed tree trimming activities using a Stihl HL Hedge trimmer while working from a Nifty SD64 aerial lift which was not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet was maintained from the energized overhead 13k overhead power lines. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
