29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1): The employer did not establish and follow an inspection program having a general component and a directed component. (A) American Tool & Die, Inc. 2024 Champlain Street, Toledo, Ohio 43611: On or about July 27, 2021, the employer did not establish and follow as required an inspection program for a Bliss 60-ton part revolution mechanical power, Model C-6, S/N H69967. Employees operating the press were not benefited by a systematic program of periodic and regular inspection of press production systems to ensure that all their parts, auxiliary equipment, and safeguarding are in safe operating condition and adjustment.
