29 CFR 1926.1425(e)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1425(e)(1): An employee was directly under a load: At the jobsite located at the bridge construction over the Arkansas River in Nickerson, KS, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in construction activities utilizing material lifting machines were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees were not directly under a load during material maneuvering.
