On or about August 1, 2019, at the worksite located across from 21209 Caris Rd. in Bowling Green, Ohio: The employer did not ensure that employees working to replace a utility pole (606-7) utilized insulating gloves. An employee(s) was exposed to electrical hazards when guiding the pole to assist in placement next to power conductors.
