29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Employees engaged in operating/running the elevator activities at the distributor floor inside leg were exposed to fire, and electrical shock hazards in that the safety switch disconnect box controlling the motor of the sampler machine was not labeled. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
