29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards when performing well and pump maintenance operations. This was most recently documented, on or about 6/12/2019, at the jobsite located at Rd N 80 (39.466304, -100.575538) Selden KS 67757. The employer allowed employees to operate a truck mounted Smeal Hydraulic 6T derrick when overhead lines were not deenergized, not grounded and no other protective measures were provided.
