29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a). Workplace located at 9406 N. Highway 33, Osborn, Missouri- Employees were exposed to an shock or electrocution hazard in that the outlet located on the exterior of building was missing a faceplate, thus exposing the inner wires for possible contact. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
