29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a: At 7301 74th Street North Pinellas Park, Florida; On or about March 16, 2023, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employees' ability to use a respiratory before requiring use, in that, employees involved in the gel coat application, cutting and grinding were provided and required to use tight-fitting facepiece respirators.
