29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiii)(C): The employer did not recognize its responsibility for the safe usage of cutting or welding equipment, and did not insist that cutters or welders and their supervisors were suitably trained in the safe operation of their equipment: 391 St. Jude Industrial Park, Marston, Cast House: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the supervisor in charge of welding is not trained in welding process and the equipment used in welding. On and about 12/22/2021, employees conducted welding activities where their supervisor was not trained in welding and cutting activities.
