29 CFR 1910.217(d)(9)(iv): The employer shall provide and enforce the use of safety blocks for use whenever dies are being adjusted or repaired in the press. During the week of August 24, 2020 and thereafter, safety blocks were not utilized when making adjustments of the dies in the press exposing employees to struck by hazards.
